LUCI & the team

Luci Marshall is Founder and Director of Rise & Shine. A highly respected PR professional and creative thinker, Luci brings more than 20 years’ experience across public relations and creative advertising, spanning agency and in-house leadership roles in New Zealand and the UK.

Throughout her career, Luci has led strategic PR programmes for premium and innovative consumer brands across multiple sectors, delivering launches, campaigns, events and activations that build awareness, credibility and long-term brand equity. Her work has been recognised with multiple industry awards across media relations, launches and integrated campaigns.

Rise & Shine is supported by a close-knit team of trusted, connected communications specialists, each bringing deep expertise across PR, media relations, influencer strategy, events and integrated campaigns. Together, the team delivers thoughtful, multi-platform solutions designed to build visibility, trust and authority for a stable of premium and innovative brands.

  • We specialise in beauty, wellness, fashion and food lifestyle brands - established or emerging. We love acting as an extension of your team.

  • Unlike large agencies, our senior team remains hands-on across all aspects of your campaign, alongside our incredible stable of Account Managers, Executives and Co-ordinators.

    We have a comprehensive team of trusted specialists we engage with as required to meet your specific needs.

  • We use a combination of metrics such as media coverage, social media engagement, reach, website traffic and share rate. We provide regular reports to keep you informed on the progress of the campaign.

  • We aim to make all budgets work, as love working with both established and emerging brands.

    We work on both a project and retainer basis. For projects a minimum spend of $10k is required. For retainers, we work upwards of $3k per month with a minimum commitment of six months.
